How it works

  1. 1

    Connect your Google Business Profile

Sign in with Google and pick your business. Setup takes about 3 minutes.

  2. 2

    Send a review request

Text or email a customer a link to your review page, one at a time or from a list.

  3. 3

    Customers leave a review

They tap the link and go straight to your Google review form. You see who clicked.

What you get

  • Review requests by text and email

Your own texting number, follow-ups on day 3 and day 6, and quiet hours so nobody is texted at night.

  • Reply to Google reviews

See every Google review in one list, reply by hand or start from an AI suggestion.

  • Private feedback

Customers can also send you a private note. It never replaces the public review link.

  • QR cards and digital cards

Put a QR code or NFC card on the counter so walk-in customers can leave a review too.

  • Reviews on your website

Show your Google reviews on your site with a widget: carousel, grid, list, badge and more.

  • Reports and insights

A monthly owner report, what reviewers mention most, and which staff members get named.

Questions

Who is OneTouchReview for?

Local businesses in the US that want more Google reviews: clinics, salons, law firms, home services, shops and restaurants, with one location or many.

Do you only ask happy customers?

No. Every customer gets the same link to leave a public review, whatever they think. Asking only happy customers breaks Google’s rules and the FTC’s.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. The free trial needs no card and no contract, and you can cancel online at any time.

Can I send review requests from my own software?

Yes. Some software connects directly (see Integrations), and on Pro you can use the API.
