Simple pricing, in plain dollars

You get every Pro feature for 14 days, with no credit card, and 50 texts and 200 emails to send during the trial. When the trial ends you pick Reviews, Basic or Pro. If you don't pick one yet, your account is paused: reviews stop updating and the widget stops showing, but nothing is deleted, and you can pick a plan at any time.

Sign up with your email or Google, no password needed: we email you a 6-digit code, or you continue with your Google account. Setup takes about 3 minutes and has two steps: 1) connect your Google Business Profile, 2) send your first review request. Everything else, like importing clients, your own texting number, follow-ups, your team and widgets, is optional and waits on a checklist for whenever you like.

Reviews is $5 per location a month for 1–2 locations, $4 from 3 locations, $3 from 11 locations (or $45 per location a year), for any number of locations and one user. Your Google reviews come into the app, you reply by hand with 3 AI reply suggestions a month, show them on your website with a review widget, and share your review link and QR card. It doesn't send review requests by text or email: that is Basic and Pro.

Basic is $14.99 per location a month for 1–2 locations, $11.99 from 3 locations, $8.99 from 11 locations (or $11.25 per location a month paid yearly, $135 a year) for any number of locations and one user: 100 texts and 500 emails per location a month, shared across your account, your own texting number, follow-ups, CSV import, 20 AI reply suggestions and a monthly owner report. Your review page and widget show "Powered by OneTouchReview". Pro adds users, a bigger allowance, automatic AI replies, insights, all widgets without our branding, integrations and extra texts.

Pro is $49 per location a month for 1–2 locations. From 3 locations every location costs $39, and from 11 locations every location costs $29. So 10 locations pay $390 a month and 11 locations pay $319. Paid yearly you get 3 months free: 1–2 locations $36.75 a month ($441 a year), 3–10 $29.25 a month ($351 a year), 11+ $21.75 a month ($261 a year) per location.

For our first 100 paying customers on Pro, every location costs $39 a month for the first 12 months on monthly billing, or $29.25 a month on yearly billing ($351 for the first year). After that it is the normal price. With 3 or more locations you already pay $39 or less, so your tier price applies. If you also have a coupon, the cheaper of the two applies.

Yes. Open the coupon link you were sent, or type the code when you choose your plan in the app or on the checkout page. One discount applies per subscription: if more than one could apply, you get the cheaper price.

On Pro you can buy extra texts from 500 up, from 2.0¢ to 3.0¢ a text, and every text comes with 2 free emails. Bought texts never expire. On Basic you can upgrade to Pro for a bigger allowance.

Your monthly allowance starts fresh each month. Texts you buy never expire and are used only after the monthly allowance.

US carriers require every business that texts customers to register its own number. The $20.40 one-time fee is what Twilio charges for the registration, plus the card fee, with no markup. The monthly number cost is included in Basic and Pro. Until your number is approved you can text from our shared toll-free number.

No. There is no setup fee and no contract. You can cancel online at any time, and you can try everything free for 14 days first, with no card.

Yes. You can move from Reviews to Basic or Pro, or from Basic to Pro, at any time, switch between monthly and yearly, and add or remove locations on any plan; changes are prorated, so you only pay the difference. You never pay the number fee twice.
