Data Deletion

You can have your data deleted at any time. Here is how, and what happens.
In the OneTouchReview app
- Facebook only: go to Connections, open Facebook and choose Disconnect. We delete your Facebook access tokens and remove the Facebook reviews from OneTouchReview.
- Google only: go to Connections and disconnect Google. We delete the Google access tokens and remove the Google reviews from OneTouchReview.
- Everything: go to Settings and delete your account. We delete the business, its customers, messages, reviews, connections and tokens, and then your user account.
In your Facebook settings
On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find OneTouchReview and remove it. Facebook tells us, and we delete the Facebook access tokens we hold for you and remove the Facebook reviews we stored. Facebook gives you a confirmation code; you can check the status of your request on this page with that code.
By email
Email info@onetouchreview.com from the email address on your account (or, if you are a customer of a business, the phone number or email the business has for you), and say what you want deleted. We will confirm when it is done.
If a business texted or emailed you, you can also reply STOP to texts or use the unsubscribe link in emails to stop messages.
Backups
Deleted data can stay in our backups until those backups are replaced, and is not used in the meantime.
