How is it worked out?
Your rating is the average of all your reviews. We count how many 5-star reviews it takes to lift that average to your target, assuming every new review is 5 stars.
Why can’t I reach 5.0?
An average only reaches 5.0 when every review is 5 stars, so after one lower review no number of new ones gets it to exactly 5.0.
Does Google round my rating?
Google shows one decimal place, so 4.45 shows as 4.5. Aim a little above the number you want to show.
