Add the review widget to WordPress
Use the OneTouchReview plugin, or paste the code into a Custom HTML block. Both show the same widget.
With the OneTouchReview plugin
- 1Download the plugin: https://api.onetouchreview.com/downloads/onetouchreview-wordpress.zip
- 2In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip file, then Install Now and Activate.
- 3In OneTouchReview, open Reviews → Widgets, open your widget and click "Add to your website". Copy the widget key (16 characters).
- 4Edit the page and add the "OneTouchReview Reviews" block (under Widgets). Paste the key into its "Widget key" field in the sidebar.
- 5Or, where blocks aren't used, add the shortcode [onetouchreview_reviews key="YOUR_KEY"] with your key.
- 6Update or publish the page.
Without the plugin
- 1In OneTouchReview, open Reviews → Widgets, open your widget and click "Add to your website". Copy the code.
- 2Edit the page, add a Custom HTML block where the reviews should go, and paste the code.
- 3Update or publish the page.
- The plugin's Connect button is only for the AI Website Assistant. The review widget needs just the key.
- For a floating or flash widget on every page, put the block or code in a part of your theme that every page shares, such as the footer.
- Only one floating or flash widget shows on a page (the first one to load). Carousel, grid, list, slider, masonry and badge widgets can share a page.
